Cantaloupes have been so sweet and juicy this year! I've been trying to eat my weight in them this summer, I think. Yum!
Grace, I know exactly what you mean. As an added bonus, Cantaloupes have been very reasonably priced here this year, which is not the case with some of the other fruit I enjoy.
Aisling I found you at Our Red House today and this is my first visit to your kitchen. I'll be back because you make my kind of food and I'm in need of some new recipes. :-)
